Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP OUT?

A: READY TO WEAR APPROXMETLY TAKES 1-3 DAYS TO SHIP OUT.

Q: HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM GARMENT TAKES TO MAKE?

A:THE DISCRIPTION BOX WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH THE APPROMATE TIME THE GARMENT WILL TAKE TO BE FINISH.

Note: I RECOMMEND ALL CLIENTS TO BOOK ATLEAST 3-4 WEEKS IN ADVANCE, A MONTH IS EVEN BETTER. THAT WAY ALL ORDERS CAN BE DONE EARLY/ON TIME AND SHIPPED OUT AND/OR ARANGED FOR PICK UP/DELIVERY.  ANY BOOKINGS LESS THEN 2 WEEKS, A $50 RUSH FEE WILL APPLY.

Q: Deposits for custom garment?

A: Any custom garment that is $300 and under must be payed in full up front. Anything over $300 you can make a deposit. The deposit is half the total cost for the custom garment to be made. 

Q: what happens if my prom gets cancelled due to the pandemic?

A: All deposits are non refundable for custom garment. you can still get the garment made and always use it for another event, photoshoot, dinner, party etc...
